Customers Moulds

We keep all our customers moulds on the factory floor when not in use, ready to start production at moments notice. Whenever a mould is not in use it is taken to our engineering department and thoroughly inspected and cleaned. Our engineers ensure that every mould is fully protected against rust when not in use. Every mould you see here has been striped cleaned and checked, and then thoroughly coated with anti-rusting agents.

We have two factories, our first factory was established in 2002, our second in 2004 our production has been steadily increasing over the years, becoming recognized as a reliable injection molding company Formplas have built a reputation for quality and reliability, while being very competitive in price.

Our 22 Injection molding machines range from 30 Tons to 800 Tons, most of our machines are TOYO Plastar electric horizontal injection molding machines, our machines are capable of injections from 2 Grams to 2.5 Kilograms, and can mould parts up to 1.2 Meters.

Our plant manager and engineers are highly qualified and experienced in injection molding, with over 10 years experience within the industry. The plant manager himself sets machines along with the chief engineering manager of our plant, most of the robotic take out systems we use are Yushin Robotic Arms.
